SealVoice("앱")는 프라이버시 우선 온디바이스 AI 음성 노트 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 기기에서만 처리되는 정보 (외부 전송 안 함)

• 녹음·받아쓰기(전사)·요약·번역·화자 구분·저장은 100% 사용자 기기 안에서 처리됩니다.
• 사용자의 음성, 오디오 파일, 전사 텍스트, 노트 내용은 어떤 외부 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 분석·로그·크래시 리포트에도 포함되지 않습니다.
• 노트 본문(전사·세그먼트·요약·번역)은 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화되어 기기에 저장되며, 키는 Android Keystore 등 OS 보안 저장소에 보관됩니다.

2. 계정 정보 (로그인 시에만)

• 무료 기능(녹음·받아쓰기·저장·내보내기)은 로그인 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
• Pro 구독을 이용할 때만 이메일 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인합니다. 이때 이메일 주소와 계정 식별자(UID)가 인증 제공자(Google Firebase Authentication)를 통해 처리됩니다.

3. 구독·결제 정보

• 구독 결제는 Google Play 결제(Google Play Billing)로 이루어집니다. 신용카드 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며, 앱이나 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
• 구독 유효성 확인을 위해 Google Play 구매 토큰을 서버(Firebase Cloud Functions)에서 검증하고, 그 결과(Pro 여부·만료일)를 계정과 연결해 저장합니다. 이 과정에 음성·전사 등 콘텐츠는 포함되지 않습니다.

4. 인터넷 사용 범위

• (1) AI 모델 최초 다운로드 (받아쓰기·번역·화자 구분 모델)
• (2) 로그인 및 구독 검증
• 그 외 핵심 기능은 인터넷 없이 동작합니다.

5. 제3자 서비스

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firestore) — 로그인 및 구독 검증/상태 저장용
• Google Play Billing — 구독 결제 처리
• 모델 파일 호스팅 제공자 — 모델 다운로드 시 연결(사용자 콘텐츠 전송 없음)

6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

• 기기 내 데이터(녹음·노트)는 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 사라집니다.
• 계정·구독 정보는 계정 삭제를 요청하면 삭제됩니다. 요청: 아래 연락처.

7. 아동

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

SealVoice (the "App") is a privacy-first, on-device AI voice notes app. This policy explains what information the App processes.

1. Processed only on your device (never uploaded)

• Recording, transcription, summarization, translation, speaker labeling and storage all happen 100% on your device.
• Your audio, audio files, transcripts and note contents are never sent to any external server — not in analytics, logs or crash reports.
• Note contents (transcript, segments, summary, translation) are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the key is kept in the OS secure store (e.g. Android Keystore).

2. Account information (only when you sign in)

• Free features (recording, transcription, saving, export) work without an account.
• You sign in with email or a Google account only to use a Pro subscription. Your email address and account identifier (UID) are then processed via the authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication).

3. Subscription & payment

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing. Payment method details are handled by Google; the App and developer do not store payment method information.
• To verify your subscription, the Google Play purchase token is validated on our server (Firebase Cloud Functions), and the result (Pro status / expiry) is stored linked to your account. No voice or transcript content is involved.

4. When the internet is used

• (1) Initial download of AI models (transcription, translation, speaker labeling)
• (2) Sign-in and subscription verification
• All other core features work offline.

5. Third-party services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firestore) — sign-in and subscription verification/state
• Google Play Billing — subscription payments
• Model hosting providers — connected only to download model files (no user content sent)

6. Data retention & deletion

• On-device data (recordings, notes) is removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
• Account/subscription data is deleted upon account deletion request. Contact below.

This App is not directed to children under the age of 14.
